Where are my Licenses & Download Links?
After you've made a purchase, you will receive 2 emails - The first is just an order confirmation from our store, and the 2nd one titled "Your XXX License is Ready" will include your license file and download links.

Activations & Freebies
Any of our products can be activated on up to 3 machines, upon reaching the maximum you can deactivate all machines to reset your activations.
Additional purchases of a license you already own will simply add 3 activations per license.
EON-Arp Licenses that were claimed during the free period are yours to keep forever. Each user can claim 1 free license and activate on 3 machines.
However, additional activations can be purchased.
DAW? Standalone? Both?
For the most part - Our products will be released in both plugin and standalone format.
We test them out on all the major DAW's (Ableton, Cubase, Pro Tools, Logic, FL Studio, Reaper & Studio One) on both Windows and Mac machines.
Our installer will let you choose the following formats:
Windows (64-bit only) - Standalone, VST, VST3, AAX
macOS (64-bit only) - Standalone, VST, VST3, AAX, AU
Beat Scholar also includes a midi FX AU component.
Product Trials/Demos? Where? How?
Our product trials are fully featured, they have the exact same functionality as a purchased product, only they are time limited.
At the moment, only Beat Scholar has a free trial available, but we plan on adding that option for EON-Arp too.
In order to start a trial, go to our products page (Modalics.com/products) > Download the product you want to try for your OS > Run in in either standalone or in. a DAW > Select "Start Trial".
Within a few seconds you should receive confirmation that your trial has started and you're good to go!

Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD CPU, 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended) Apple ARM64 (M1, M2, etc..) on Apple Systems
Min OS Requirements:
Windows 10 (64 Bit Only) / macOS 10.13
Where is the Product Manual?
On our products page (Modalics.com/Products) Next to each product.
It's also accessible by pressing "F1" from within our plugins.
Reseller Support Policy
If you purchased from a reseller you're eligible to receive support for anything related the actual product from us.
All issues such as pricing, payments & refunds should be taken up with the reseller.
If you purchased from a reseller, your product might not appear under "My Orders" on your profile on our site - But! If you registered to our site with the same email you made your purchase with - Clicking "Resend Licenses" will work just the same.

How can I buy the iPad version?
Beat Scholar for iPad is available for purchase only via the Apple App Store. The bundles on our website do not include the iPad version which can not be purchased on our website whatsoever.
