Added a MIDI FX plugin for Logic Pro.
Added solo/mute buttons for individual drums.
Moved MIDI mappings to be stored/locked along with the kit.
Made the default MIDI channel to be one (still switchable to "Any" for per lane channel) to fix issues with some hosts like Studio One that only take one channel input by default.
Fixed crash when changing the quantize settings during pattern trigger.
